Just a little note to say a huge thanks to you all for helping make our special day so memorable. Your hard work and expertise meant that all our ideas were realised and our expectations exceeded. The food was absolutely beautiful to look at and equally delicious. We had so many compliments on our choice of menu and so extend our gratitude to the chef. The canapés were particularly appreciated, as was the excellent service during the wedding breakfast. Our guests all had a wonderful time too, and we're sure that many of them will visit you again in the future. Thank you once again.

We would like to put on record our gratitude for Bibury Court's contribution to making Sally and Andrew's wedding such a success. The planning process was probably as easy as it could have been given that we have not had personal experience of organising such an event of that magnitude before. The help of in particular Kirsty, but also of Antony and the reception team meant that as the day dawned we felt we were in the best possible hands and as confident as we could be.
The 48 hours we then spent at the hotel were a joy. Every last one of your staff were helpful, friendly and attentive in so many ways one feels reluctant to mention names. Kirsty provided untold help and support over many months and quietly and unobtrusively ensured the day ran like clockwork.
We are also grateful to Antony and his team for fantastic food both at the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. We received so many comments on the quality of the food, and the number of clean plates returned to the kitchen was testament to their talents. Other special mentions should go to Rob and Jonathon who also played key roles and impressed us greatly. With grateful thanks.

Thank you for having us a Bibury Court Hotel. We had a very good time, excellent service and were very glad to see Meander again! A perfect beginning of my summer holiday! I have never visited the Cotswolds before, and would love to come again to make some long walks. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

I'm so grateful to you and your staff for the excellent service given on my birthday celebration at Bibury Court. What a memorable day it was – beautifully organised by my son and carried out by your staff – who were there every moment but like ghosts (as waitresses should be!) The food was perfect and the ambiance of Bibury Court and grounds absolutely superb – a very lovely day!

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and all the others there on the day for being a big part in the great success of our wedding. The weekend was exactly what we had pictured, a gathering of friends having a relaxed and fantastic time (even all of the children). Just to thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay last week. The Sackville suite was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. All the renovations in the conservatory and dining room are lovely and compliment such an old building. For us, the hotel has a much improved air of professionalism and organization about it, which perhaps comes with your appointment of Rob. A special mention for Rachel, who served us breakfast, and Linda's housekeeping too. We look forward to staying with you later in the year and seeing the changes you have made. Hopefully the Naked Tuesday will remain unchanged whatever the day of the week!

Just a short note to say how much we appreciated the setting, the food and the staff at Samantha and Alan's wedding yesterday. You all worked really hard on it and it certainly appeared as though everything ran smoothly! Having worked in the industry myself I know realities can be different but from where we were sitting it was superb! Thanks you once again and hope you have a prosperous and enjoyable 2010.

I am writing to congratulate you on the terrific hotel you run which we visited last weekend. M and I had a weekend we won't forget and I wanted to tell you how pleased we were with our stay. The first time I visited Bibury Court was 27 years ago and I was staying at the Swan. It was not a good experience – it was service with a snarl, bad beer and stale tobacco smoke. You've come a long way. I've stayed at Bibury Court a couple of times since although not recently. The food was much better than I remember and the service outstanding. I did enquire as I left about the service charge and the lady assured me that the money goes into a tronque and is distributed among every member of the team, I wholeheartedly support this arrangement and I am sure that the high level of morale among your staff is in no small part due to this measure. We will certainly visit again.

Well what can I say, after what seemed a lifetime of humming and haring about whether to book or not to book .... we booked. And I'll tell you what a fantastic experience - never before have I experienced such attention to detail in so many crucial customer satisfaction areas.
This experience I have to say rates as no.1 in our search for a married couple away from the kids for a night stay. Thank you so much for making a Valentine's Day the one we will remember for many years - and Rupert yes, book us in for next year.

Thank you for providing a great context for our senior management team meeting at Bibury Court. Your attention to our requirements was most helpful and the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable and allowed us to focus on our task. The food was especially good and the waitress assisting in the conservatory was particularly helpful and courteous. I am quite sure that we will return later in the year.

Many thanks for looking after us so well before and on 28 January. All my colleagues appreciated the food, drink, rooms and not least the service - they had all been to Bibury Court for the equivalent event in 2006 and felt that all aspects had improved; as one said "a totally different atmosphere from the moment we arrived". I will be in touch later in the year to see if we can repeat the evening next January.
