The Team

Neil Fincham-Dukes - General Manager

Neil was a bright spark at university gaining a degree in Economics before deciding to enter the world of hotels. After being trained at Hotel du Vin he opened a boutique hotel in Yorkshire and then went on to Soho House Group in London before deciding to return to the country. He became the manager for Archangel in Frome before taking on the task of heading up team Bibury. Neil will very much look forward to meeting you at the doors of Bibury when you arrive - his passion is for good service and great food, and he likes nothing better than creating a welcoming environment where you can feel completely at home.

Catherine Haw - Food and Beverage Manager

Catherine relocated from Nottingham to be with us and we have had nothing but praise from her brides and grooms telling us what a wonderful job she does. Catherine has worked her way up in the industry and has experience of restaurant management as well as organising weddings, so is more than equipped to run your big day or private party. She started life in hospitality at the Larwood and Voce and became Assistant Restaurant Manager within six months, then moved on to Perkins where she was involved in weddings and events. We are very proud that she is now settled in and is part of the Bibury team.

Wibke Petsch - Front of House Manager

Wibke joins Bibury with a wealth of hospitality experience. After spending 3 years in Germany she obtained her apprenticeship before spending two years as demi chef de partie at the Ritz. Shortly after she  worked at The Goring, followed by two years as a Chalet manager in France and then a year as a Pastry chef at a Relais and Chateaux property in Tanzania. Due to her friendly demeanour decided she would rather be at the front of house where she belongs and we at Bibury Court were lucky enough to find her. The kitchen team have already tried to steal her but unluckily for them she remains out front to look after you when you come in!
